What do we do?

We do the trawling through the internet.

We visit all of the local estate agents and Notaires for you.

We hear of properties coming on
the market before the estate agents
and Notaires do, private sales save you around 7% of the price you pay!

We negotiate for you to get the best price possible.

We could save you thousands, not only on the price of the property you buy but also in trips to Brittany visiting properties which do not fit your particular criteria.
How does it work?

We ask you to take a few minutes
to complete the requirements questionnaire, not forgetting to
state any requirements which are
not listed, we can then focus our searches on the type of property
you really want and where.

We then visit Agents and Notaires in the area you want, as well as scanning local papers and web sites for private sales all on your behalf.

. We view all properties that seem to fit your requirements and send you a full report including pictures and
a suggested short list for viewing.

Next we arrange a viewing itinerary which suits you and accompany you on all visits.

We can then, if you wish, negotiate the best possible price for you.

We are completely independent of all agents and  so we act exclusively for you.
500 + T.V.A (19.6%, like VAT) is the consultancy fee that covers our time & expenses in the search and preparing the reports for you. This is fully refundable against the purchase fee and is charged to ensure we only work with clients fully committed to purchasing a property in Brittany.

Our fees are 2.85% + T.V.A (19.6%, like VAT) of the purchase price, including agents fees but excluding Notaires costs,
subject to a minimum of €3,500 + T.V.A.
