RENTAL SEARCH
We can now offer you a RENTAL SEARCH, you tell us what you are looking for and we do the search for you.
Whether you want to rent permanently, or just until you find a property to buy, or even to check out the area, to see if you would like to live there, or another part of Brittany or another part of France. We can help.
HOW IT WORKS
We ask the right questions, find out what you are looking for and also what you don't want.
It's our job to do the search for you, we go through the internet, we go through all of the agents we know, who deal with lettings as well as property sales.
When we have found a few properties which fit your criteria, we will view them for you and report back to you, regarding how suitable they might be, or not.
You then decide which ones you would like to come over and view for yourself.
So, then if we have done our job properly, the right property will have been found for you to rent.
If by some error we have not found what you need, we will begin again.

WHAT THIS SERVICE COSTS
As I'm sure you realise, how much time it takes, to not only search the internet, but speaking to our contacts and viewing the properties. And as they say, time is money, and to take into account, petrol costs etc, so we have to charge for this service.
We believe £250.00 is great value for money.
HOW WE SAVE YOU MONEY
Again, time really is money, imagine the time it would take you to search the internet and contact all of the agents who rent in your chosen area.
Then there is the cost of travel to come over here, rental and possibly car hire while you are here and not neccasarily, to view properties which are suitable for you, it's difficult to tell from a distance.

We can then arrange a visit for you where you will be able to focus on what sort of property you find appealing before we start your property search properly.
The area Search is €200
The follow up visit, by you and escorted by us is €300 for a one day tour.
If this search and visit is then followed by a property search these services are offered for
the combined price of €400 (subject to a property search mandate being signed and receipt of payment)
The property search fee is €500 which is fully refund able when you have purchased your
property in France, through us.
